Hi my name is Nath Navas and today i want to share a yoga sequence to balance Vata Dosha Let’s start standing with the thumbs together Rotate the shoulders and take them down and bak Keep your back straight
Focus on your breathing and feel how your feet
ground to the earth Inhaling raise you arms,
place your hands together and exhaling take them to your chest level Inhaling raise your arms
and exhaling take them down inhaling raise you arms again
and exhaling bring the hand to your chest in prayer position One your right leg with
your next breathing and place the arms parallel to the floor Inhaling raise your arms
exhaling take your hands to the hips Inhaling open your chest
Exhale and end forward Let your hand touch the floor,
relax the neck and head You can walk your hands forward
between the legs to go deeper Walk your hands forward
and place them under the shoulders Inhaling straighten your back and
look forward Exhaling gaze your belly botton Next exhalation take your hands to the hips
and raise your chest inhaling Inhaling raise your arms and
exhaling point your toes to the the right side take a deep inhalation and
exhaling bend to your right leg breath deeply and
extend the back exhale and
relax your neck With the next inhalation raise
your arms and exhaling point your toes to the left side Inhale deeply
and exhaling bend to your leg Inhale deeply,
straighten your back and exhaling,
relax your neck With the next inhalation,
raise your arms come back to center and exhaling
place your hands against the chest in prayer position relax the arms
to the side of your body Place your feet closer,
close your eyes and connect with your breathing Open your eyes
and with the next inhalation raise your arms Bend your knees while exhaling Place your hands together
and push out the knees with the elbows Breath deeply and
straighten your back with the next exhalation take your hands to the floor
ad straighten your knees Walk your hands to one side Then to the other side come back to centre, grab your elbows and relax
your back and neck hold this position,
breath deeply and stay in the present moment With the next exhalation
place your hands on the floor As you inhale
straighten the back and look forward exhaling bend your knees
and sit
