  7. This workout was great! After each one, I feel a deep relaxation and am more conscious both inwardly and within. I also weirdly enough discovered that my left side is much more flexible than my right and I yend to use my right side more. I don't consciously favor one side over the other, who knows. Any suggestions on how I can fix that I do stretch both side equally.

I find amazing alignment and your preparation cues for more challenging poses are so amazingly helpful. Thank you for sharing your gifts with this community.   12. WOWZERS this was a hard one for this newbie lol but I was determined to complete it with some modifications. Thank you for sharing, I’m still plugging in and learning 😊. I have bulging discs, siatica, and arthritis so I’ve just started back with practice after 2 and a half weeks. Sometimes I wanna quit but I just pray and press on.

I started following these videos about 3 years ago, and I've come a long way (I was so tightly hunched initially, I couldn't do happy baby without rolling over to the side). my question is this: even though I practise "triangle" most days, very often when I first tilt into the pose I get a pop in my hip socket. Is this other people's experience too? just a normal consequence of being nearly 50 and not being active enough in the years before I took this up? merry christmas by the way.
