Hi, I’m Daniel from Masters Personal Training and I’m here to offer you an insight into how we help individuals just like you, from feeling sad and tired to having more energy, being more motivated and looking great in

sessions and motivational support. There’s going to be some challenging stages

During you initial assessment, which every new client has, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges and the direction which we should be working
towards. Most important is our connection with each
and everyone of our clients, and it’s this that sets us apart. In life, you don’t really get very many opportunities

feel better. There’s many choice out there: crossfit, insanity and other classes that just aren’t delivering
the results that you want. And that might be because that, that style of exercise is great for your friends, but it just isn’t for you. That’s where a private, 1-2-1 assessment can
help us discover what’s best for you, as an individual. We want to understand if you have any aches
or pains, or injuries, as these are all important when it comes to designing an exercise programme that is personalised to you. We help with your diet programme, give nutritional advice and back you up every step of the way. We don’t believe in fad diets, but instead customise your diet to match the result that
you want. If you’re comfort eater, and you have an emotional
connection with food, then we’ll give you some useful tips to help
change your habits. This stage is an important one if you’re not
happy with your body when you look at yourself in the mirror. The food that we eat is just as important
to your body’s shape as the amount of effort that you put in to
your exercise sessions. We help with this by communicating with you
