Gym Twin Workout Routine – My Muscle gain transformation with Freeletics Gym

Hi, I’m Marian. I’m 26 years old and currently a student. All my life I’ve been very skinny. I’ve always had problems gaining weight. But I always dreamed of having an athletic body. I went to the gym for half a year and even trained quite regularly. But somehow I didn’t see any results. But that only resulted in me gaining a lot of fat. I will test Freeletics Gym in the next weeks and I’m really curious about the results. During that time period Julian got a lot stronger as he kept training and I couldn’t. But I couldn’t just take that. That’s why I started training five times per week. Alright guys, we’ve trained for 18 weeks. It was really, really exhausting at times. But we are so excited about the results. It was really worth it. And you can do it as well. So get started!

  2. that's way different than the previous video. Here you can see that you didn't start as skinny guys with the app, and it took you 18 weeks to get lean. And for those who were shocked with the weights you specified, is because you didn't say 1MR. good job!!! #clapclap but just wondering ,, 3000 kcal per day that's a lot man……you did cardio+ I guess.

  3. first want to say amazing transformation to both of you , hard work pays off, i have a similar story … always been around 150pounds and get so frustrated that everything i do in the gym i hardly see any gains , i have recently downloaded the app and was wondering how many days a week you did as you can change it in the coach part???? you have inspired me to give this ago!

  4. this video is incredibly inspiring and i currently look how you guys did in the beginning. i know the app and the workouts were a big part but so is nutrition. so how many calories were you guys eating and what kind of meals because i find the eating part to be the hardest in gaining muscle. thank you for sharing this video and i hope to look something like you guys in 18 weeks.

Yesterday i saw your video,and today i was at gym.I am slim like Julian.And i am happy that im started go to gym.But i will see any resutls in look my body for what time?Im trying not discourage becouse people are saying that any results in look body will be after 4 months 🙁 When you saw any resutls? 🙂

  6. Yo soy igual de flaco no tengo las herramientas como un Gym pero empeze con calestenia y llevo Un Mes y los resultados fueron notables pues ya no me veía tan flaco todo con esfuerzo y dedicación. y este vídeo es fruto de eso mis respetos :3

  11. Twins have this thing where some days one would look more like his brother than himself. really funny. For instance after the transformation, it's like you two switched places. He looks more like you before the transformation and you look more like him before the transformation. crazy!!

  12. Habt ihr eure Ernährung stark umgestellt? Bzw erheblich mehr gegessen zB an Proteinen etc. ? Würde mich sehr interessieren 💪🏼

  14. Sehr interessant sowas mal anhand von Zwillingen zu sehen wegen den Unterschieden bei der Entwicklung. Julian liegt es am Foto oder hast du weniger Schultern Trainiert? 🙂

  15. okay ich will des auch anfangen bin jtz 14 und meine mum hat gesagt ich kann daß auch machen weil mädchen können des ja auch anfangen okay fie haben halt ne andere figur vonn den muskeln her als männer aber des is ja dann auch egal aber wie fängt mann damit an also meine cousine is trainer die werde ich dann auch mal fragen aber wie fängt mann an mitt hanteln oder keine ahnung ich sollte die mal echt fragen weill ich mach halt auch schon seit 1 jahr hanteltraining mit 4 kg bin ich jtz und ich würde da hallt auch mal mehr machen😧

  16. You guys are talking absolute shite….. Done in 4 months my arse. Also your bench pressing at most 30kgs in one shot of this video yet you claim to have started from a base of 60kg. So was this your one Max rep?

  17. These guys already had muscle. Than stopped working out for 2-4 months and made sure they took less calories than they needed.
    After that, it just matter of start working out and eating the correct meal. The muscle 'remembers' it former strenght and the gain is more faster than training out for the first time in your life.
    Also: Genetics.
    Not everybody will be able to have a sixpack, however they train.
    (and yes, i do have a sixpack and have gained 30kg in muscle over a period of 4,5 years. 4times training / week)

  18. Euer Video ist sehr motivierend. Ich mache auch Freeletics Bodyweight und Gym. Wie lange habt Ihr por Tag trainiert? Kardio? Wie sah Eure Ernährung aus?
