Hello, Namaste, Xin Chao, welcome to yoga with Amit and today I brought you another EFT video that is going to help your anxiety
if you are suffering from some kind of anxiety then if you’re not sure how you
get out of it – stay tuned and let’s get out of it now subscribe and click on this Bell
icon and stay tuned sit down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes if you need to. And listen to my instructions. I often like to close my eyes so that I can feel into the therapy
session that I’m practicing what I’m doing to somebody it’s always helped so
let’s go ahead close the eyes and see what is this what kind of anxiety is
this that I’m feeling right now then I’m not sure about maybe but I want
to get out of it quickly so what is it it doesn’t have to have a name so whatever
is this sort of feeling which makes you uncomfortable inside that is what we
call anxiety in this term so become aware that this whatever that is is
bothering you and is no longer so from 0 to 10 where are you
zero is where it’s not bothering you anymore and 10 – spotting you let’s
assume it’s eight right so let’s come back to the karate chop area and you’re
going to chop this way and repeat after me saying even though I have this some
kind of anxiety that I’m not sure about I deeply and completely accept myself
I love myself and I forgive myself even though I have this some kind of anxiety
then I’m not sure but I deeply and completely accept myself and love myself
and I forgive again even though I have this some kind
of anxiety then I’m not sure about and deeply and completely accept myself and
love myself and I forgive myself now go ahead and press here and say this
anxiety is anxiety this anxiety this anxiety this anxiety this anxiety this
anxiety this anxiety this anxiety this anxiety this anxiety now take it on the
ground and breathe out see where are you now choose your eyes
once again and see whether you are at zero as it come higher is it now ten
seven six well I’m selected as you now it’s five
people doing it before this anxiety this anxiety is inside is no longer exist

take a look deep breath without see where are you know is it still there if
normally should have been gone if hasn’t gone don’t worry sometimes it
takes a while to completely let it out so the next continue I say it’s only

but it does come back that means there are some other aspects of this anxiety
that we haven’t been aware of and we haven’t worked on it so go ahead once
again whatever this anxiety is felt at that moment points and see help keep
practicing it and keep me updated how it’s going there in question go ahead
