  1. Hahahahha sheriff in town?! Jajaj nice, I like it all… I really love the end; meditation time ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ Thank you very much…

  2. Really liked the meditation at the end. I had to bend my front knee a ton in the kind of pyramid pose in order to get my low back fully flat. The mirror made me realize just how much i should but knees in many of the poses!
I think my biggest tight spots (besides hamstrings constantly) are my hip flexors. Very noticeable when bringing a leg up from down dog. I wonder what I'm holding thereโ€ฆ.

  3. Day 4…Yeah baby!! I'm on a roll and feeling good and more flexibility in my stretches!!! Muchas gracias! And I like your talking…it makes me laugh…although I find it hard to hold a pose when giggling:)

  4. Hey, Tim Yes, I liked the meditation very much so. The invitation to let the stress leave from the feet, and use each exhalation as an opportunity to let go of what's not serving you. The only thing that bothers me is the trump commercial at the beginning! he is a yuck and doesn't help me settle into yoga.

  5. 10 years of doing yoga and you're my fav. I started with your older hour longs on youtube last year and have been a fan ever since. I'm back starting slowly after months of wrist problems and these 30 mins are perfect. Your instruction is practical and easily understood and the transitions are fluid. I recommend you all the time.

  6. Doing the meditation has always been a challenge for me. Iโ€™m really trying to focus on being better at just calming down at the end of practice.

  7. Loved today's practice! I especially love the meditations, spinal twists and descriptions/visualizations to help me with form. Thank you!

  8. Almost skipped today because yesterday was so rough but then you replied to my message so of course Iโ€™ll show up today! This was exactly what I needed. Loved the visual of letting go as a wave through your body

  9. in the savasana as you invite us to feel a sweeping wave of release with the breath, I noticed that I hold tension at the throat. I am learning to sing kirtan and I saw that I hold myself back at the throat worrying that my voice is not good enough. Thank you for another wonderful session.

  10. โ€œEach exhalation is an opportunity to let go.โ€ This is gold Tim! This is my fourth year doing your 30 day challenge. Itโ€™s great every time:) thanks!

  11. Another great one. I am really stiff when it comes to being able to reach down/out and touch my toes. Between yoga and martial arts this year, I'll be stoked to touch my toes at some point. Found out last year I have some noticeable curvature in my lower spine but not letting that stop me. Love the wave metaphor at the final meditation. Thanks Tim!

  12. Loved the breathing at the end, I was doing Ujjayi breath which really went with the visualization of the wave coming in over my body on the inhale and then drawing away on the exhale. Love it and found today's very achievable. Thanks Sheriff Tim ๐Ÿ˜‰

  13. so nice, it was a good practise and a great meditation for me! and half an houre is at the moment perfect for me. happy I did all 4 days!
    and I shered after day 1 ๐Ÿ˜‰

  14. Practice today was great! Really opened me up. Interesting the self-awareness such as back pain and financial stress or knees and being rigid. Would love to learn more on this. Can you direct me to a link?

  15. Tim!! Thank you so much! ๐Ÿ˜ loved your jokes again today. About craigslist and cobra. Made my day!! Letโ€™s get strong!! ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ

  16. Me and my wife both slept three or so hours after day 3, the rest of the night was spent rolling around in bed. No, not that kind of rolling. Sleepless rolling. ๐Ÿ™‚ We were wondering, what might have caused this. Tim mentioned the nervous system in day 4's video being affected. Sadhguru, the "youtube mystic" says if you start doing yoga actively, eat well, and respond with peace to all the fuss around you, your need for sleep can drop dow to as little as 3-4 hours! Anyways… Tim sensei? Why did we not sleep last night? ๐Ÿ™‚ Also, thanks for day 4, day 3, day 2, day 1, and the last 2-3 years in general. I just checked today and found out that Fiji is almost exactly opposite the globe to where we live with my wife, which is Budapest, Hungary. It would be so amazing to go.

  17. Day 4 loved the pre and post meditations, as well as the pose cadence of the session. Not too fast or too slow. Thank you Tim!

  18. Thanks Tim another great session and I appreciate the commentary during the mediation. Felt relevant to my physical manifestation of stress and attitude in some situations.

  19. I didn't realise there was a meditation at the end… Great practice though, felt like a little break after the first three ๐Ÿ˜€ Email was too funny, and relatable!

  20. Did this after a 10hr shift in ED – very much needed – I love to have a 5min guided meditation at the end of a yoga class – I feel it gives my body a chance the process what is has just done and also gives me some brain downtime. Thank you

  21. I LOVED this session! Including the breath work and the meditation is helpful in moving the practice beyond the strictly physical. This session felt like the right mix.

  22. Hi Tim, thank you for your great work! I really enjoyed the meditation part at the end. In general, I like when we spend a little longer in Shavasana at the end of the class.

  23. The craigslist comment had me in stitches! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks for infusing humour into the practice, it feels like it makes it easier somehow ๐Ÿ˜

  24. I love the natural backdrop to each day and enjoy the daylight much better. I needed this today at my hamstrings are so tight from running. i have a difficult time from standing position to bend to forward fold. My hamstrings scream at me and I can not do the bend gracefully. Why is that, it is because of hamstrings? Also when sitting with legs stretched out in front and bend over legs my glute or sit bones scream as if a knife is being pushed in them. what gives? I love the humor and your guidance throughout.

  25. 4 Complete๐Ÿ‘ nicely done Tim. Question….I have never been able to sit on my heels and my heels are always a fist distance to my butt in childs pose, knees seem to be so tight…..is there any chance I will get there and close the gap? Cheers Tim ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒˆ

  26. Thanks again Tim! Keep talking, it keeps me from hearing my ragged breathing! When I'm doing the forward folds to a flat back (from a 'star' position as my son calls it; feet parallel and spread apart) you mention tight lower back, but it is entirely in my knees. Indeed my posterior chain is tight, but I think it a combo of hams and more gastros (from cycling). There was no lower back tension at all, only tension on exterior knees. I really liked this one for loosening the posterior muscles, so thank you once again ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿ™

  27. Great practice today. I can here you saying length thorough your crown when you twist I don't know what your watching if you don't know that's what's important because I always say it. Loved it.

  28. Tim, I havenโ€™t practiced for years. This is great…Iโ€™m so stiff, Iโ€™m terrible…but your routine was great and your explanations and pace were perfect for this old fellow. Thank you.

  29. I feel like there is unfinished business with the Sherriff ๐Ÿ˜‚ , my back is so tight so this was alot of pausing and rewinding so as to understand where the stretch should be coming from. Thanks Tim, any chance you can give us a back or spine series in future ?

  30. I loved it, including the mediitation. Also, enjoyed the hummingbird that came out when you were talking about Yoga Light! Great first four days, thank you

  31. Thanks Tim for another insightful session! I learned a lot during the session and because I got the video out, learned a lot after the session!

  32. Loved the end of this one! Definitely believe emotional issues can manifest as aches and pains in the body. Have you read any of John Sarnoโ€™s books?

  33. Day 4! Keep talking Tim! This is so much fun. Anyway, I can't believe I have problems with corpse pose. My lower back seems cannot relax. Hmmm….. But the meditation session is awesome. Feel free. Thank you for the practice today, it is amazing.

  34. Still here. I love the meditation part as well as the exercise, I definitely feel more relaxed and self aware.

  35. Thanks for add meditation at the end of this workout. I needed and you have a very friendly but natural voice to guide! Saludos desde Peru!!!!

  36. I found what you were saying during the ending meditation super interesting! Iโ€™ve always carried my stress as pain in my neck and the back of my head and never really considered the โ€œwhyโ€ of it!

Also, loving the location for filming this round! The bird sounds in particular are delightful; my poor cat didnโ€™t know what to do with herself!

  37. Wow! I love the way you explain each pose, how you give all these clues and tips to where and how to! Thank you very much! And I you ever diced to do yoga in Spanish I can be your translator๐Ÿ˜ I'm in Mexico City! Namaste๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

  38. Taking time to hear my body through deeper connection and meditation after the stretches and burn has been tremendously helpful. I actually find today easier to flow with and I so look forward to the moment I can listen to what my body is telling me. Namaste! ๐Ÿ™๐ŸผโœจI appreciate this guided journey to myself

  39. Im still in man! I have my cousin joining me on day 4, who has never done yoga. Now he is all for it and wants to develop his practice. Ill keep him with me on this challenge!

  40. Day 4 done! Thanks again Tim! Loved the added meditation. Would love to learn more about what pain in my body means what. I normally feel soreness/pain, that I get worked out via cupping, in my neck and shoulders. Any thoughts outside of being stuck at a laptop all day? Lol

  41. Thanks so much, Mr. Tim! I enjoyed the deep stretch and the corrective motions. Not gonna find another Yogi on Craigslist especially at this hour but I like your humor. Still in!

  42. I appreciate the pranayam and meditation to begin and end the practice. It's like a yoga oreo! I've shared with 5 people to join the challenge. Hope they do – so keep up the corny jokes, it was one of my selling points. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  43. this one was a challenge for my concentration with the constant observation and focus on the spine/back – but very helpful indeed. also many thanks for the modification for the folded leg stretch, my knees are ๐Ÿ˜ต so it's much appreciated!
    i enjoy the meditation๐Ÿค—

  44. Thanks for Day 4, Tim. I found your commentary about how the body retains unhelpful beliefs intriguing. What is held in the hips? In me, they are very โ€˜stuckโ€™. Loidee
