  1. Luv nail polish šŸ’… and sparkly lighting šŸ’„. Iā€™m going to do your exercises on anxiousness and unmotivation. Great question

  2. Great Q & A @56:56 re triggers that cause people (male and female) to start recalling long-forgotten trauma later in life. Thanks for posting.

  3. Pinky promise! Fell off the wagon re my health care over Christmas (which was supposed to be my gift to myself for 2018). Was feeling so badly about that. …but nice to think of 2019 as the year of self care. Video had good timing for me.

  4. Oh my goodness, I am so glad that your group is still active. I have subscribed and signed upon your website. Thank you for being here for us.

  5. Excellent work.. Please don't listen to the haters.. I'm not talking about the trolls.. They don't even count, they're not worth even talking about…. I'm talking about sincere people who are ignorant of the way recovery / trauma / abuse healing really works. Everyone is looking for one right way.. There is none! Trust me.. the way you learn is to string together principles and ideas from all the Masters and weave them into what works for you.. Keep up the good work..
