  2. Day 24 was great. Plenty of movement and it got me heated but yet not too much. I still have problems with some of the back bend poses but they will come. Day 25 tomorrow!

  4. I am the one that asked for alternatives for camel pose the other day since it was hurting my back. I tried again today and was able to bend back slightly. I made sure to tighten my thighs (I don't have blocks currently) and to lengthen my tail bone to the backs of my knees. I was happy to just bend backward a little bit! Thank you for taking the time to help me with that. 💜

  5. I love the half moon pose, but those balancing transitions were hard!  Also, a side note, it still amazes me how we can do so many different poses on just a simple yoga mat. 😉
