  2. Thank you Lesley for this challenging class! However, those stretches at the end were a bit too quick for me. My legs had to work quite a lot during this class and after the very short stretching I still felt sort of tense and tight. Apart from that: great video! ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Wow, this was a ride! Twisted triangle always challenges me and twisted half moon didn't want to work at all. But that's how it is sometimes, right? So I applied the affirmation directly within the practice and loved myself instead of thinking: WTF is your body up to today ;-)?? See you tomorrow!!

  4. i love how you make a focus on core work, and the next day you give it a rest and make this detox practice. Buy i think it would be better to have more pranayama practice and more stretches at these kind of days. Anyway, thank you! love the affirmation at the beginning) and Castaneda's quote is so true, sometimes i forget to think positively.

  6. Thank you Leslie <3 I have had a challenge with balancing poses since my concussion last year. I appreciate the challenge as it shows me I am getting stronger every time I am able to do a balancing pose. I honor my body and am so thankful I can do yoga as I missed it for 11 months during my recovery; I have only been doing yoga again for two months. Thank you for the wonderful practice. <3 <3

  11. I am so loving #yogafix30 and it is only Day 3! I did the Hatha Yoga Happiness program after giving birth to my daughter and it really helped me get my strength back. Now I am following YogaFix30 day to day and I am really enjoying that the flow is a little more challenging with this program so far. Hope that continues. Love your videos Lesley! Thank you!

  16. I have occasionally done yoga in the past as a change from a more typical workout with stretching and I always liked it but never really got hooked. However, I did the day one video and now I find myself looking for the next day straight away to make sure I have the it lined up for tomorrow morning! It is such a great complementary practice to karate too, which I have been doing solidly for 13 years now several times a week, and you've already helped me improve the form of the stretching I do there as I warm up in the little things you suggest checking yourself for. Many of the asanas (sorry if that is not the right terminology, still getting to know my way around) are similar in leg form to the stances we use as well and I can feel my flexibility and form improving. Thank you so much! Really looking forward to day four!

  22. Sorry but i disagree with the final sentence. I think that the amount of work to be miserable is bigger just because you spend much time worring about things. While being happy requires work but as long as you acept things as they are is good

  27. Thanks so much Lesley, I'm doing this after more gentle beginner stuff with Adriene and fancied challenging myself a bit. And this is certainly a challenge (errrrrmmmmmm, I may not have made quite as much progress as I like to think!!!), but somehow I've kept up so far and am determined to complete the 30 days no matter what. You pack it all in to ~20 minutes, which is perfect for the start of the day. Exciting. Plus, I have to say, what a great name ๐Ÿ˜€

  34. I love your videos. This is the first one I have not liked. There are a couple moves that are new to me and I wasnโ€™t able to keep up with the video, totally no fault of yours but I believe there are a few times where you mixed up the right and left in the voice over and it REALLY messed me up. Stopped halfway through, Iโ€™ll move on to a different video.

    So Iโ€™m on day 3 obviously and this one is a real challenge for me. I had to stop halfway through because I started to feel light headed (probably dehydrated) so I went and splashed my face with water and got and got a quick drink although I thrived resuming and my body is being challenged and I really want to finish it but Iโ€™m not sure I can. Anyway here goes.
