  2. Wonderful practice. Couldn't wait till tomorrow.Just what I needed after a busy Monday morning. Thanks Lesley for another amazing class. Have a fantastic week!!

  3. geez I luv ya. Question: u have a flow where u do bird of paradise but it's not the ones that say it in the title of the flow. I've been killing my brain trying 2 remember which one it is.

  4. Lesley , your videos are such a great way to begin the day. I feel refreshed and energized, and ready to go out and change the world! Love ya!

  5. Thank you Miss Lesley- am I right in thinking your Patreon supports receive a discount on your courses, such as the Alignment one you mentioned?

  6. It gets hard when your talking is not with the person doing yoga; seems like your Announcing the pauses after theyโ€™re being done

  7. Great practice as always and I liked the warrior 2 with clasped handsย ๐Ÿ˜Š. Thank you so much Lesley and Duke! Have a great weekย ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

  8. Thanks for another wonderful class! Love how the videos always change location. Really appreciate all your work bringing these high quality yoga classes to us.

  9. Very nice practice. Thank you for allowing us to access them so we can follow along. My challenge is from rotator cuff on both shoulders last year. November 9th was the right shoulder. Many things I cannot do using that arm but Iโ€™m trying and working back to regain strength and flexibility . My left is almost back to normal. I have hopes for this one as well. Itโ€™s a 6-12 month process.

  10. Namaste from Apple Valley, CA! Many thanks to you and Duke for your vidoes! They give me LIFE! (Loving the drone shots btw. ๐Ÿ˜) Where do you get your "yoga" jewelry? I would love a recommendation! Thanks again! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  11. Hi Leslie I really enjoy your yoga videos and calm demeanor. Iโ€™ve been doing yoga at home for many years. I am currently 8 weeks postpartum. I was wondering if your alignment program would be good for me as Iโ€™m still recovering from a c section I havenโ€™t been sure how to go about restarting an exercise program. I have some extra weight and my core is still weak so Iโ€™m looking to get back into my practice without injuring myself ( I did do prenatal yoga including some of your videos for most of my pregnancy but had severe hip pain in my third trimester so I had to stop luckily it went away after I had my baby)

  12. I have an old back injury, and I hurt it in a HIIT workout a few days ago. I wanted to ease back into stretching and did this video. I feel less stiff and more relaxed after… Thank you for that! Looking forward to trying the alignment course. Have a great day!

  13. Hi Lesley, thank you so much for your yoga classes, I love them <3
I have a question: do you teach in any yoga studios in California to do these yoga classes "offline"? And if you do, where can I see your schedule? I am visiting California from Europe next week and it would be so amazing to have your teachings in person.

  14. This was a great practice. Every time I am challenged by you, I remember how you said these challenges are like the challenges of life, they only last a moment. I also applied the technique you shared with me to go from downward dog to leg forward and I was so excited to see how well it worked for the right leg; not so much the left leg. Ever evolving. Thank you for sharing this practice. <3

  15. Loved this!! It was hard after doing kick boxing, but oh well! I wonder, for you when is the perfect time to do yoga? Thanks Lesley! You have a student here in Mexico!

  16. Hi Leslie! Your videos have very much been a part of my life for the last several years now! I was just curious if healthy eating and yoga alone keep you in shape, or do you also rotate in other forms of exercise/cardio/etc.?

  17. loved this video. perfect for a long day and a busy schedule. I really liked the use of the sanskrit names of the poses. I like hearing them and learning them through the practice. Thank you for all you do!

  18. This was a really great practice for mid-afternoon! Not too difficult, perfect pacing and reaching my whole body. Thanks so much for the practice!

  19. This was a wonderful little flow, we did this one together with my husband at the weekend ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you sweetheart!

  20. Thank you so much for your videos. I can't afford to go to classes anymore so it's really good to have ashtanga in my home. ๐Ÿ™‚

  21. Hi Leslie, Iโ€™m overweight and your videos have been helping build up my strength! Iโ€™m able to do all the downward dogs and cobras, but at the end I get wrist pains. Should I wrap them with like ace bandages before practicing?

  22. Thank you! This is the first video of yours and I really enjoyed it. I appreciate the comment about going from forward fold to chatarunga, bend the elbows! I easily go from fold to plank, and I guess I have to change that up!

  23. I found this video far to fast. I've been doing Tim Sensei's videos for a while and he can be fast at time, but this was super quick. Not knowing what you do, as I get in to one pose you had moved on. Also please at the beginning of the video tell me what kit I need so I don't have to run off mid way through to get a towel etc.

  24. Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ Iโ€™m slowly getting back into yoga after a neck injury. What a lovely surprise to see Kaela (my old yoga teacher in Bayonne, France). Much love to you both!

  25. I loved this practice because I felt like I had a complete body workout, and it was only 25 minutes long. Thanks Lesley xx

  26. amaizing as always ๐Ÿ™‚
would love if you could help me, my wrist started to hurt for a few months already(like when im in plank, handstand, crow), maybe there're some exercises to help with it?

  27. I like your alignment tips as you go along. My only complaint is getting in and out of the poses seems a little rushed. I have only been doing yoga for a year so maybe its because I am still a newbie, but sometimes I need a moment to settle into a pose and do a mental check of the alignment you describe as you go along. I need just a second or two more.

  28. Hi Leslie! First of all, thank you for posting your yoga videos! I was doing one of them a few days ago and you mentioned something about the meaning of "student" in Sanskrit – if I'm not mistaken! I remember wanting to write it down, but I forgot to save the video. Could you kindly tell me which one is it? I would love to meditate on that meaning again. Thank you!!

  29. Thank you Lesley for another great yoga training. I did it outdoor since it warm I Sweden this year ๐Ÿ˜Š. I think my hips finally open up, something is definitely going on there. Your the best

  30. Good morning Lesley, great flow. This sequence help to warm up my core as well as provided some needed stress relief. Thank you for sharing as always your yoga vids are wonderful.

  31. I love the way you start the class with a positive intention. I love when you say think of something you're grateful for! Thank you for sharing! Namaste!

  32. I love your positivity! I really enjoy the shorter videos. Makes it possible to add yoga practice into my busy schedule. You have made them so well rounded I find it possible to add a class a couple times a day when I have time! You are a fabulous teacher! Thank you:)

  33. Great start to the day, beginers yoga day 18 and the 20 minute flow , it's-10c in Toronto but am sweating after your class. Thank you Lesley

  34. Thanks! Just what I needed today. I went to a very intense class on Monday, and needed a lighter shorter class to ease out some of the aches and pains.

  35. This class is short and has so much in it…just love it. Perfect when short on time but want to feel like you've gotten your practice in for the day. As usual….thanks Lesley – you're the best!!

  36. Nice season to get the body moving and heated to, thank you Lesley! (Had to improvise at times as I didn't know I needed a block and strap) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ƒ
