  6. With regards to you not liking hot yoga. I just wanted to say when I first tried yoga around 10 years ago (just regular yoga mind you. )I felt very sick and didn't try it again for almost 10 years. So I'm happy I tried it again. 🙂 I feel the yoga teacher has a lot to do with my new found love of yoga😃.
